About the Kicker 43TC104

A perfect pair

Kicker's 43TC104 loaded enclosure puts a thumping 10" subwoofer behind the seat of a truck or in any vehicle that's low on space. The rugged ported box was designed specifically for the subwoofer, so you can count on getting maximum performance, no matter what kind of tunes you enjoy.

A perfect pair

Hard-hitting Comp sub

The 10" Comp sub features a stiff injection-molded polypropylene cone supported by a double-stitched ribbed foam surround for deep excursion. Kicker's back-braced cone design keeps the woofer stable during those hard hits, while the perimeter venting system helps cool the sub's internal parts during demanding performances. A strong steel basket provides a stable foundation that won't flex during hard use.

Heavy-duty enclosure

Sturdy 3/4" medium-density fiberboard ensures long-lasting performance from the enclosure, and the enclosure's 4-ohm impedance allows compatibility with a wide range of amplifiers.

Features

Speaker Terminals: The spring post terminals (one pair) are mounted on the left side of the enclosure and will accept pin connectors, single banana plugs, or bare wire up to 10 gauge.

Port: The slot port is on the right side of the enclosure at the bottom.

Woofers: The Kicker 43TC104 enclosure uses one 10" Comp series subwoofer.

Break-in Period: Due to the complex nature of Kicker Comp speakers, they require a break-in period in order to produce optimum low-bass response. The suspension system is very stiff out-of-the-box. Approximately two weeks of daily playing will allow the suspension to break-in and reach its optimum equilibrium. Once broken-in, the subwoofer will exhibit stronger bass performance, smoother response, and greater low-bass extension.

I don't see any reason why It wouldn't. It ultimately depends on how much space you have behind or underneath your seats. I installed this unit in my 2005 Jeep Wrangler which doesn't have any kind of spectacular trunk space.

Can I just get this and the wires for my 2008 nissan pathfinder and be set or do I need to buy an amp as well? I have factory radio in car.

You're going to want an amp. This sub wants 150 watts RMS (continuous). I went with the Kicker DX 250.1 with this sub and it sounds really good together.

Enter an answer to this question.Amp and wires are needed. Line output convertor needed if stock radio. An amp with high level in would work too.
