Sound quality and build quality are both very good. The software which is why I bought this amp is lacking a bit. The marketing material surrounding this amp is very misleading including what is listed on the Crutchfield page. In the overview section on Crutchfield's page it reads, "The amp comes with Kicker's TWEEQT sound-tuning software, run on your PC, iOS, or Android device...". No it does not work with iOS or Android unless you also buy the IQI which costs about 1/2 as much as the amp does. The USB software is windows only. Additionally, windows Tweeq software is not properly signed so when you try to install it, windows will give you a security warning and tell you it's from an unknown publisher.
Pros: - Great sound - Great build quality
Cons: - Kickers product description is misleading. It does not support iOS or Android unless you buy an external module

I love this amp. This is my first Q class product from Kicker and I am very impressed. Good clean power, great looks and the TWEEQ software is the icing on the cake. Connected my laptop, spent 5 minutes entering the measurements to each speaker from my sitting position and what kind of speakers I have in each location, that's it. TEEEQ does the rest, adjust time delay for each speaker, speaker level, and sets the gain. It sounds so good after the set up. Its pushing audio frog coaxials in the door and rear pillar rated for 50-75 rms. This was a perfect match couldn't be happier. I don't know why I would use any other amp going forward other than Q class. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Crutchfield for helping me understand that the gain was being set automatically after the TWEEQ software ran and setup was uploaded to the amp. I was unclear on that at first and was trying to set my gain manually. Keep in mind that all manual controls will be disabled when using TWEEQ. It does it all for you and the manual controls have no function at that point. Which is a good thing, I love the peace of mind knowing the amp is locked in to the perfect settings.
Pros: TWEEQ software, looks, performance
Cons: None other than the instructions are not clear at all about how the gain is set. There is no mention of the gain being set when TWEEQ is run. But it is.
