Premium Kicker components
Kicker has created something special for those in search of a premium sound solution — their QS Series car speakers. Just a glance at this Kicker 44QSS654 6-1/2" component speaker system is enough to excite longtime Kicker fans, but of course, it's the sound that matters most. A signature Tri-Tech woofer cone steps up strength and clarity in the midrange and lower frequencies, while a Teteron® dome tweeter delivers all the detail of the high range. With power handling up to 90 watts RMS, Kicker brings "front row" excitement to your daily commute.
Versatility is key
You can install these QS Series speakers in the way that works best for your vehicle, either as coaxials or as separate components. As coaxials, the tweeter mounts in the center of the woofer. As components, an aluminum phase plug mounts in the center of the woofer for improved dispersion, and the tweeter can be installed separately with Kicker's included flush- and angle-mounting solutions. Kicker continues the theme of versatility by allowing three-level tweeter attenuation as well as bi-amping via the audiophile-grade external crossovers.
Kicker Q-Class speakers incorporate cutting-edge technologies and superb construction to deliver an extraordinary musical experience in your vehicle. These products are only sold by select dealers chosen by Kicker.

Kicker Q-Class 41QSS654 reviews
After nickel and diming together my first system in one of my vehicles ever (unsure of how into car audio I would get), I was regretful that I didn't pony up on higher quality items, because, as my wife would say, "You're obsessed with that stuff now. Ugh." So I've circled back a couple of times at this point, attempting to upgrade everything semi-frugally, but figuring out which set to use as my fronts had been a challenge. At least I've got a lot of spare items for emergency repair/replacement, right? Anyway, like I was saying, I've purchased several component sets at this point, and these Kicker Q-Class are phenomenal. If the Q in Q-Class doesn't stand for Quality, well, it should. Hilarious, right? You're welcome for that. I'm powering them with a JL Audio Nex RD 400/4, which seems to be almost a perfect match, but I'm sure they'd be even more impressive with more power. I'm forever tinkering with my system, replacing or adding things here and there, running new wiring, etc. but I can definitely say this: This Kicker Q-class set has not been touched since I initially installed them several months ago. This Kicker set has effectively made my commute to work 20% less miserable. Worth every penny in my estimation. I highly recommend them, and would also love it if more people had a set to call their own, as reviews were scarce when I bought them. Just buy them, you dorks. Ok? Ok.
Pros: -Sleek design and packaging -Versatile set up, allowing tweeter mounting directly in center of woofer -Soundz real gud
Cons: -I can't afford another set at the moment. -Unedible (as far as I can tell)

Would have givin 5 stars but a 6.5 inch component set these are not. These are the reboots of the older QS 60.2 components. These (in measurement) are a 6 inch driver. I've been installing professionally for over 26 years, and have been around Kicker products most of my career and knew something wasn't right when I opened the box. Check the performance specs in the 2 following photos. So if you are looking for replacements for your older QS65.2 you'll need to purchase the newer QSS 6.75" drivers. As far as how these sound, with the right power and a clean signal, these things are absolutely breathtaking.
Pros: Great sound, and outstanding build quality. I'd recommend these all day long.
Cons: Not true to size as far as being sold as a 6.5" component set, but are actually the same as the older QS 60.2 6" components.

Woofer Cones: The woofers use Kicker's Tri-Tech sandwich cone design, a carbon fiber front layer, a foam core center, and a Kevlar rear layer.
Tweeter Mounting Options: The tweeters come with brackets to allow flush-mounting and angle-mounting:
Coaxial Tweeter Mount: In addition to standard tweeter mounting options, the included tweeter mounting posts let you mount the tweeters directly to the center of the woofers, giving you standard coaxial speakers. When the tweeter is attached to the woofer the mounting height increases to 0.992" (top mount) and the tweeter protrusion increases to 0.798" (bottom mount).
Crossovers: The component system includes passive 2-way crossover networks for a seamless transition between the woofers and tweeters. The high pass slope is 24 dB per octave and the low pass slope is 12 dB per octave. The crossover point is 2.8 kHz.
Bi-amp Inputs: Each crossover has bi-amp inputs, separate inputs for the woofer and tweeter. When using the bi-amp inputs, remove the factory installed input jumpers that short the woofer and tweeter inputs together.
Tweeter Level: Three sets of jumpers are included for setting the crossovers' tweeter output level; 0 dB, +3 dB, and +6 dB. Increasing the tweeter output level is useful when they're mounted off-axis (relative to the listeners).
Wiring: The crossover inputs and outputs are screw terminals and will accept bare wire or spade connectors up to 0.335" wide.
