Hard-hitting CompC sub

The 12" CompC sub features a flex-resistant polypropylene cone for hard-hitting lows without distortion, with a ribbed foam surround that promotes long excursion and helps to keep the cone on target. A heavy-duty steel basket provides a reliable foundation for big bass, and extensive venting ensures long-lasting performance that won't break down when the bass gets heavy.

Heavy-duty enclosure

Sturdy medium-density fiberboard ensures long-lasting performance from the enclosure, and the special-design side port enhances bass production without getting sloppy. The enclosure's 4-ohm impedance is compatible with a wide range of amplifiers.

Customer Q&A

Q
Crutchfield asked: Why did you buy this?
A
Price and brand [ MBeatz  Dec 14, 2019 ]
A
I was debating between this or the JL audio 12 inch basswedge. I ended up going with this one because while on sale this was 130 as opposed to 270 with the JL audio. Also, the JL audio unfortunately has been "temporarily out of stock" for a while. [ SHAE  Dec 07, 2019 ]
A
size fits available compartment, and I was wanting a 12" instead of a 10". This series being on sale was a huge perk! [ Adam  Dec 14, 2018 ]

Thanks for your question. For information on selecting the best amp for your subs I would recommend reaching out to an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They will be able to help determine the differences between the amp models and help you make the best choice for your system.
