The trapezoid-shaped enclosure conforms to rear seat angles for the kind of back seat driver you'll be glad to have. The rear Plexiglass window and sharp charcoal carpeting give your enclosure an attractive "custom-built" appearance.

Product Research
Angled Front And Back Panels: The enclosure's front and back panels are angled, resulting in a greater depth at the bottom of the enclosure than at the top. The angled design allows the enclosure to fit nicely against the back of the angled rear seat of most cars.
Plexiglas Window: The enclosure has a rear Plexiglas viewing window, for a custom-built enclosure appearance.
Cone Cosmetics and Materials: The woofer cone is made of injection-molded silver-colored poly with 8 stiffening ribs for improved cone stiffness and higher mechanical power handling. Concentric rings are molded into the cone and dust cap surfaces to give them a machined appearance. "MTX Audio" is embossed on the poly dust cap.
NBR Surround: The woofer is made with a one-piece NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) surround and gasket combination. This one-piece surround and gasket combination enhances the overall cosmetic appearance of the woofer. NBR has the added benefit of being resistant to ozone and UV rays for extreme durability.
Oversized Magnet Structure: The woofer has an oversized magnet structure, made with a 33 oz. Strontium Ferrite magnet.
Four-Layer Voice Coil: A 2" four-layer voice coil is used for higher power handling.
Asymmetrical Linear Drive: This system improves linearity and permits high output with low distortion.
Extended Vented Pole Piece: The extended vented pole piece provides a more symmetrical
magnetic field.

Posts: The
gold-plated 5-way binding posts will accept bare wire, pin connectors, spade
connectors, banana plugs, and dual banana plugs.
