About the Cleer Halo

Versatile neckband speaker for the home office or kitchen

Not quite headphones, not quite a Bluetooth speaker, but the Cleer Halo is super convenient.
Versatile neckband speaker for the home office or kitchen
I find wearable neck speakers like the Cleer Halo super handy when I'm working from home. I can play music wirelessly from my phone and still keep tabs on the kids. The speaker rests comfortably on your neck and doesn't cover your ears. But it still delivers pleasant stereo sound that doesn't really disturb others. And when it's time to jump on a conference call or remote meeting, there's a built-in mic for making and taking calls.
After work, I like that I don't have to grab the speaker by hand when I head to the kitchen. I just pull out my phone, switch to my cooking playlist or a podcast and start preparing the food.
Halo of sound
Cleer is quickly making a name for themselves in speakers and headphones. They're known for striking design, clear sound, and cutting-edge features. Here, they used two 32mm drivers to create a solid stereo listening experience around your head. Switch to "Enhanced Stereo Sound" for a larger, outside-the-head soundstage that works well for music, but also gives you a better audio experience for online videos or virtual reality games.
Easy controls and clear phone calls
You'll find controls on both sides of the Halo speaker. You can control calls and music with one set of controls and summon your phone's Google Assistant with the other.

Features
Overview: The Cleer Audio Halo is a wireless neck speaker equipped with the Google Assistant. Halo features two curved speakers connected by a flexible cable that hangs around your neck with the speakers near your collarbone. Personal Sound Beamforming lets you enjoy your favorite tunes, or conduct phone calls, without having anything in or on your ears. Halo comes with a charging cable and a fabric storage pouch. Its dimensions are 1.906"W x 5.088"H x 1.13"D, and it weighs 8.75 ounces.
Drivers: Halo features a 32mm full range driver on each side, or just over 1.25" in diameter. Each speaker has a sound port and a bass port that aims the sound up toward your ears, creating a personal sound beam for listening to music playback and phone calls.
Google Assistant: Halo features built-in access to the Google Assistant. The left speaker contains the control button for fetching, muting, and speaking to the Google Assistant. You can play back music or look for information by talking to Halo to operate a smartphone or tablet (Android 5.0 and up, or iOS 9.3 or later) equipped with the Google Assistant app.
Bluetooth 4.2: Cleer Audio's Halo wireless neck speaker has Bluetooth 4.2, with support for SPP (v1.0), HFP (v1.6), A2DP (v1.2), and AVRCP (v1.4). It is compatible with the following audio codecs: AAC, SBC, and Qualcomm's aptX and aptX Low Latency. With NFC (near-field communication), Halo can connect to your NFC-enabled smartphone or device by simply touching the device to the N-Mark on the left speaker.
Controls: Onboard controls on both speakers give you access to power, volume, play/pause, next/previous track, and ES Sound mode. Enhanced Stereo Sound mode increases the soundstage of your music and videos to make it sound like you're listening to a larger 2-channel speaker system.
Power: Halo is equpped with a 3.7-volt lithium-ion rechargeable battery. It charges via the included USB-C cable in approximately two hours, which gives you up to 12 hours playback time. A 10-minute quick charge provides approximately 2 hours playback.
