Much better than OEM. Back up lines really help. OEM was only useful for hookup trailer hitch. Thanks for fixing my back up camera it has been a big disappointment for years. Install went well, had to file and fit hole in handle a little to install camera. Thanks again ,Terry

Great alternative to the stock brand!
Crutchfield customer from Burley, ID on 2/26/2019
2013 Toyota Tundra
Easy to install and use. This system hooks straight into the stock adapter with ease and is a fairly cheap alternative to the Toyota equivalent parts. Nice that it came with the drill bit too.
Pros: Easy to use and simple to connect
Cons: Doesn't have the front adapter to complete the job, but it's still awesome.

Crux RVCTY-71D Backup Camera System
Guest from San Antonio, TX on 10/22/2017
2012 Toyota Tundra
Received the camera when they said, and followed the instructions provided. Installation was easy took 45 min (I had a cast on one hand) and the camera wiring was identical to the oem. They even provided the correct sized drill bit to cut the hole. When I lit it up it was a vast improvement to the oem. The picture was clear, bright and provided mush better coverage than before.

Installed and worked great as OEM with guide-line displayed on screen. Fast delivered ( ordered on 7/31/2017- received 8/2/2017 in good box). It is better quality than the one I bought elsewhere online on December 23, 2015 : "Tailgate Camera for 2010-up Pre-Wired Toyota Tundra
Pros: Good quality like OEM Fast delivered (2 days)

Made it work
Jboom from Williston, ND on 4/9/2016
2012 Toyota Tundra
Different style camera to the original I was replacing, but with the identical cameras going for $350 and up, made this work. Used hole saw on bracket to get the new camera to fit, and set into handle, it's recessed now, but checked like parking lines and depth and its correct. Camera picture upside down and could not get image to flip, took apart new camera and physically flipped it, revealed, and worked great.
Pros: Price compared to getting the OEM at over double the amount.
Cons: Amount of work to get it to work with my style of back-up tailgate camera handle.
