Fantastic Option for Underwater Shots
KeithN from Chatham, MA on 8/4/2014
Used this lens for underwater shots and video in the Galapagos. Fantastic for both up close fish and reef shots as well as distant scenic shots with schools of fish, divers and turtles.
Pros: Great results. Easy to attach to camera. I just left it on for the whole dive.
Cons: To attach the lens to the camera you screw on an adapter ring and then screw on the lens. It's not a water proof connection. On one dive, my daughter spent some time taking pictures upside down and at 15 to 20 feet of water. Water managed to seep in between the two lenses so the pictures have a water line across them. I could see this in the view finder while taking pictures. I managed to take the lens off and reattach above water. Lens and camera worked fine afterwards.

Adapter is cheap, lense is great

Wish the adapter was better but it works
Pros: Fisheye lense is high quality and works great
Cons: Adapter is plastic. Wish it was metal. The lense connection is a little loose but it holds.
