Good Picture under the right conditions

This TV is an upgrade from a 7-ish year old 80" Sharp 1080p TV. Under the right lighting conditions, the picture is excellent and a noticeable improvement over my former TV. With some light, there is a great deal of annoying glare. Also, and I'm not sure how much of this is the TV or the A/V reciever (also brand new), or both, but CEC/ARC is awful. Basic turn on/off does not work consistently. Samsung "smart" remote lacks a numeric keypad which makes it unusable for me.

Pros: Picture under good lighting conditions

Cons: Glare, remote control, integration with A/V receiver

Great picture once adjusted. I do not use any of the smart features, run everything thru Marantz and ROKU.

Excellent TV for the size vs. price. There was some motion blur I noticed on heavy action scenes in action movies. I made adjustments using the judder control. It seemed to help although I've seem it happen a few times since. I believe it may have something to do with the refresh rate as well. Overall it is a very good tv for the price point. Crutchfield does a very good job with customer service and delivery.
