Features

Overview: The Xantech XT-DIG-11 digital audio converter lets you convert digital signals from optical to coaxial and vice-versa.

Inputs: The XT-DIG-11 features both a coaxial and an optical digital input, which can be selected with the corresponding 2-way slide-switch (only one input can be used at a time).

Outputs: A coaxial and an optical digital output are provided on the opposite side of the unit, both of which can output signals simultaneously, for distributed audio. The output panel also includes the input for the included AC power supply (5VDC/1A output).

Compatibility: The Xantech XT-DIG-11 supports the following sampling rates, all up to 24-bit resolution:

  • 32kHz
  • 44.1kHz
  • 48kHz
  • 96kHz
  • 192kHz

My Samsung TV's audio output is optical and requires audio amp to be Dolby Atmos compatible. Other converters didn't work. Will this take care of that?

Nope. I don't think it sends that much information. I used it for new TV set to old Bose surround and it works great! Keeping my Bose system alive. You probably should call Crutchfield for a solution because there might be an easier way if you have a new TV and new audio amp. I'm currently using an HDMI cable for our newer system setup.
