Great sub, but maybe not at full price
Tyler from CALIFORNIA, MD on 5/7/2020
This little guy added just the right amount of bass to the already great sounding Kanto YU2 speakers that I use at my desk. I usually listen with headphones, but sometimes it's nice to not wear them. This little sub adds a good amount of bass to my mostly bass-focused music (Dance, Hip Hop, whatever else I feel like). The range is good and it's got enough power to vibrate my feel next to it! However, the crappy RCA cable that comes with it is awful. Basically unusable. It caused humming, pops, booms, and definitely scared the crap out of me a few times. Replaced it with a decent shielded cable and all is well now. The price is steep for what it is, but I knew that going in. I bought it so it would match everything else in my setup. Finally, the auto-power feature only works sometimes. I just turn it off and on manually.
Pros: Kicks well Looks really good Not too much, not too little bass
Cons: Expensive for what it is, a 6" sub Included cable is trash Auto power feature is flaky

Brings the Bass
Crutchfield customer from Tallmadge, OH on 3/18/2020
This sub provides some well received deep bass to go along with my YU2 speakers. As with many owners, I am using them as my PC sound solution. They replaced a Cambridge Soundworks setup that served me well for 20+ years. That's right, over 20 years. When I installed the YU2s, I was p[leased with the sound quality, but when listening to music or watching movies, it needed more umph. I ordered an open box SUB6. It looks brand new and now I can feel the bass again. The SUB6 completes the YU2s. You complete me. Sorry. I got carried away there. One thing I will say is that I am replacing the included RCA cable. Although it works, I am going to replace it with something that fits the SW jack on the YU2 a bit tighter.
Pros: Solid construction Deep bass tones
Cons: Included RCA cable does not fit the SW port on my YU2s snuggly

Good bang for the buck
Crutchfield customer from Harlingen, TX on 2/17/2020
Bought this sub because of the compact size. I was skeptical about just how much performance I would get out of a 6"speaker with respect to low end frequencies. This little guy works great. I'm not a rocker with the music cranked up to window shattering levels but this sub meets all my needs for Home theater use and is entirely adequate for the types of music I enjoy as well.
Pros: Compact which helps if space is an issue. Good low end performance without sounding muddy.
Cons: None so far.

Kanto SUB6
Crutchfield customer from Scottsdale, AZ on 12/13/2019
This small subwoofer adds just enough of a low end boost to bookshelf speakers to fill in where the bookshelves stop. On classical, chamber, and show music this sub gives a smooth, not boomy, transition that brings out the brass and tympani very nicely. Also, because of its diminutive size, it passes the WAF ( wife acceptance factor) as it disappears into the room.
Pros: Quite powerful for its size
Cons:
