SSV Works 170-WP3-USB35A Direct Connect Kit

The usb charging plug cord is way too short. There should be enough length to install plug in the dry box that is in the dash with enough length to go through the firewall and then in the center counsel and up the vertical roll bar behind the drivers seat and then reach the stereo unit. The extension cord that is supplied with it is about 3-4' too short to reach.

Features

Compatibility: The SSV Works USB35A panel-mount input port is designed specifically for the SSV Works MRB3 digital media receiver.

Panel-Mount Aux Input/USB Charging Port: This panel-mount input port (USB35A) from SSV Works provides a female 3.5mm Aux input for audio playback from a portable audio device and a female USB (type-A) charging port rated at 5V/2.1A to charge your smartphone or tablet device. A 3' stereo minijack cable provides audio connection for the panel-mount's Aux input and your audio source device's analog or headphone output. A rubber cover is provided to protect the Aux input and USB port when not in use.

Note: The USB charging port does not support audio playback.

Mounting Options: The SSV Works USB35A mounts in the dash of your ATV, UTV, gold-cart, boat, or other type of recreational vehicle. The panel-mount input port requires a circular cutout in your dash and the supplied threaded collar secures it in place from behind the cutout opening.

  • Cutout Dimensions: 1.0" (diameter) x 2.0" (depth)
  • Outer Dimensions: 1.75" (diameter) x 0.5" (depth)

Wiring: The panel-mount input port features attached 39" power, ground and signal wires (the power wire has an inline fuse holder with a pre-installed 10A fuse). The power wire needs to be run to the battery, while the ground wire needs to be connected to bare metal. The signal wire plugs into the included 8' proprietary cable which connects to the back of the SSV Works MRB3's hide-away source unit.
