Do not buy, faulty device and poor support

Less than a year later, device can't connect to 4g network. Detects a SIM card but fails to find cellular connection. Attempted to contact Waylens for support through the app, email, and phone. Left messages but there has been no response from Waylens. It's now beyond a year of ownership, outside it's warranty, and still no support from Waylens. Would not recommend buying the device. Poor quality and poor support.

I purchased this Security Camera System primarily to keep on eye on my vehicle when parked at the airports and hotels I frequent. It was easy to install. The 360 monitors all sides of the vehicle too with excellent picture quality. This Model 4G will let me check on my vehicle in real time with my smartphone 24/7. Plus, I can do this for two weeks.

Waylens had one job, make a camera with features. Instead they made features with a camera. The camera suffers from flare and the data is largely unusable . The camera only sends crash or bump data to the cloud and not driving videos. Also, the data the camera collects you have to manually save or export. For me, that's no good. If the camera is taken, so is the data.
