About the Waylens Horizon Universal
Waylens Horizon HD camera provides a versatile video experience, so why limit its use to just vehicles with windshields? The Waylens Horizon Universal mount adapter is compatible with PanaVise ActionGrip and PanaVise BarGRIP mounts to expand your options when it comes to placement and flexibility — mount your camera firmly on ATV handlebars or on any contoured surface of your boat. More details on the Waylens Horizon Universal
Overview: This Universal Mount Adapter with GPS is an accessory for the Waylens Horizon dash camera. It provides additional options for mounting the Horizon camera. The package includes a clear mounting adapter, a dual USB power hub, and a remote GPS antenna with a 6-1/2' cord.
Note: You must use the Universal Mount Adapter with a third party action camera-type mount. Waylens recommends the PanaVise ActionGrip Suction Cup Mount, a PanaVise BarGrip, or the Horizon BlendMount. You will also need to use the 12-volt power cord and mount that is provided with the Horizon camera.
Clear Mount Adapter: The Clear Mount Adapter slips over the body of the Horizon dash camera. The top of the adapter features tabs that fit into a standard action camera mount, which allows the Horizon camera to be tilted up or down.
GPS Antenna: The package includes a remote mount GPS antenna (G-mouse) with a 6-1/2' cord. The antenna provides a GPS stream that updates your position 10 times per second (10Hz). It has a magnetic base and an IPX6 waterproof rating, so you can use it in an open-top vehicle.
Dual USB Power Hub: The Dual USB power hub attaches to the Horizon dash camera's 5-pin Power & Data Connection. The hub is equipped with a Micro-B USB port and a Type A USB port. The Micro-B port allows you to connect the camera to your computer (via the Micro USB cable included with the camera). The Type A port is for connecting and powering the included GPS antenna.
