About the Stewart Filmscreen WallScreen UST

A high-performance fixed-frame screen for ultra-short-throw projectors
A high-performance fixed-frame screen for ultra-short-throw projectors
Stewart designed their WallScreen UST specifically for ultra-short-throw projectors — the kind of projector that you can conveniently place on a table just inches away from your screen. WallScreen UST's frame is 3-3/4" thick, with a steep, knife-edge profile adjacent to the fabric. This design minimizes vignetting that can be caused by the sharper angle at which a UST projector's light hits the screen.
The frame's black velvet Velux covering absorbs stray light to help bring out a projected image's color and brightness. This fixed frame is combined here with Stewart's GrayMatte 70 screen material, a neutral density, gray screen surface that dampens cross reflections. GrayMatte 70 works well in darkened home theaters but allows for a little bit of ambient room light.
Streamlined installation
Stewart Filmscreen works hard to take the fuss out of assembling and mounting their screens on the wall. This screen comes intuitively packaged for a straightforward assembly and includes an EZ-Mount wall bracket and hanging bar system. Getting the fabric on is literally a snap, with Stewart's Quick Snap system that neatly aligns the fabric to the frame.
