It's easy to use
Double-press the button on the cap to activate a three-minute purification cycle. You can also turn on an automatic self-cleaning feature that shines the UV-C light for 20 seconds every hour. (Or leave it off to lengthen battery life.) The cap's built-in battery lasts about three or four days on a single charge. Recharging comes via a USB-A cable that attaches magnetically to the cap.

Features
Overview: The WAATR Lyt water bottle comes with a special purifying cap that kills bacteria in just 3 minutes. The cap is equipped with a 12mW 268nm UV-C LED which is powered by a rechargeable battery. The bottle is made of premium 304 vacuum-sealed stainless steel, and keeps your water cold for up to 12 hours or hot up to 6 hours. A USB charging cable is included.
UV-C Radiation: The Lyt bottle purifies your water using ultraviolet radiation. Scientific studies have found that UV-C Radiation at a wavelength of 268nm is most effective at killing germs on surfaces. Germicidal UV-C light deactivates the DNA of bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms that can be harmful to your health. The Lyt cap's purification mode destroys 99.9% of e.coli bacteria in your drinking water in three minutes. Pressing the power button on the cap activates the purification mode.
Self-Cleaning: Pressing the power button on the Lyt bottle cap for 5 seconds activates the automatic self-cleaning mode. The cap will turn on automatically once an hour for about 20 seconds to keep your bottle odor-free.
Versatile Cap: Not only does the Lyt bottle cap fit both 17- and 25-ounce Lyt water bottles, it is made to fit other popular brands of reusable water bottles. Rechargeable Battery: The Lyt bottle cap contains a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery to power the UV-C LEDs. The included charging cable attaches to the cap via a magnetic 2-pin connector, and plugs into a USB-A charging adapter (not included). A fully charged battery lasts approximately 3-4 days. The cap features a backlit color ring to indicate the battery level: Green = 40% to 100%, Orange = 11% to 39%, Red = 1% to 10%.
Advisory: The Lyt water bottle is designed for use with tap water only. It is not suitable for water from a river or stream.
