I'm proud to say I've helped shape thousands of interactions between Crutchfield's customers and our call center team. If you've reached out to us in the last several years, chances are that I helped train the agent you worked with.

After spending nearly a decade working in our call center, I'm excited to channel my passion for helping people in a new way. Wordsmithing articles and product presentations lets me provide all the juicy details our customers need to make informed decisions. I also get to play with the toys!

I've been notorious for years as "the guy that's always dancing." It's hard to keep still when you love rolling up your sleeves to help people. Taking care of folks and bringing a touch of joy into their lives is worth getting fired up about. If my head isn't bobbing or my legs wiggling — please check my pulse!
