Q
Will this adapter work with hulu? My existing adapter works with everything but Hulu and Netflix

A
We cannot guarantee function of specific apps with this adapter, especially copyright protected content. These do usually have good results when used with a good quality HDMI cable like the Crutchfield 2.1 HDMI in the link below. If you do have any issues with HDMI content, you can always return for a full refund within 60-days with your satisfaction guarantee. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_007HDM211M/Crutchfield-Premium-HDMI-2-1-Cable-1-meter-3-3-feet.html

It will work with any Apple device that uses the lightning style cable

There is no reason to suspect the Lighting connection would not work. I assume you plan to connect the Ipad Air to, perhaps, an external monitor.

Q
why does the website picture show 2 different lightning ports on the adapter?
nick  Jan 06, 2016
1 answer
A
The lower part of the picture is the representation of the product. It has one HDMI port on the left, and one lightning connector on the right. It looks like there was an overshot of another product mixed in there. I'm sorry for the confusion.

Q
I was able to connect to an HDMI port on my tv however I wanted the audio to be sent to my bluetooth Bose Soundlink 2 speaker. Instead it kept going through the TV and the audio would not go through the speaker. Any fix for this?

I should start by letting you know that I connected this for my automobile Any time that it is connected physically Bluetooth does not seem to work HDMI is high definition audio and video combined and to my knowledge cannot be separated I assume that your Bose system is not physically connected and you rely on Bluetooth technology for the sound Sorry I could not be of more help
