About the Kurgo Backseat Bridge
A safe, comfortable ride for your dog
The back seats of our cars weren't really designed with dogs in mind. If you've ever had to come to an abrupt stop while driving with your dog, you're fully aware of this. The Backseat Bridge bridges the gap between your front and back seats, giving your dog room to spread out. A fold-down barrier keeps your pup contained to the back seat — no more front paws on the center console.

More details on the Kurgo Backseat Bridge
Overview: The Kurgo Backseat Bridge fills the gap between the front and back seats of your vehicle, giving your dog additional room to stretch out. The bridge is a 52" x 16" 3-section foldable padded platform that straps to the back of your vehicle's front seats and rests on the back seat. The Backseat Bridge holds up to 100 pounds, and prevents your dog from falling into the floor as you travel. The bridge also provides a fold-down barrier between the front seats to keep your dog from hopping into the front and distracting the driver. The Kurgo Backseat Bridge is protected by a Lifetime warranty.
Installation: The Backseat Bridge is reversible, and can be installed with the Black side or the Hampton Sand side facing upward. You can use the bridge over the full width of the back seat, or you can fold up one side to accommodate a human passenger. The center barrier features a pocket and a cupholder for your convenience. Straps are provided for the back rests and head rests of the front seats to hold up the pad. The other side of the bridge rests flat on the back seat.
Note: The Backseat Bridge should only be installed in vehicles where the gap between the back of the front seat and the front edge of the back seat is 13" or less.
Waterproof: The Kurgo Backseat Bridge is waterproof. The cover can be washed by hand and air-dried, when needed.
