Easy to set up, bluetooth worked perfectly, the app made it so I could control most aspects of the receiver, it's just not very intuitive and takes a bit to get use to where the different functions are. My biggest complaint is that it went completely dead one week after the warrantee expired. It could just have been a fluke, but really.

works great for now as the original jwm70A which came with our Solitude the DVD failed or froze mid movie after only 3 1/2 years of service. Hope Jensen have remedied this problem with this newer model.

Jensen upgrade

The Hensen JMW70A that came with our 2018 Solitude 310gk would not load a DVD and Zone B would not work. This JJW72A fixes what was wrong with the 70A. I noticed that the 72A had 2 shipping screws to hold the DVD player during shipping. The 70A did not have these screws which, I think, allowed the DVD player to be damaged during shipping. Thank you Crutchfield for the availability and fair.

Easy install because it was a direct replacement, the phone app is neat but not really necessary unless you lose the remote.

It's okay. It "usually" works but at times connecting to Bluetooth is IMPOSSIBLE. I'd say it connects like a normal BT device about 15% of the time. 60% of the time I have to go into the BT settings on the head unit and remove the pairing to whatever device I'm transmitting from. Then it pairs up and reconnects. But 25% of the time there is no sign of the receiver's BT presence even after holding down the BT Pair button during the 120 second period that it seeks for a device to pair with. Multiple devices all see each other but no JWM72A. I'm here looking for a replacement now. The replacement will NOT be a Jensen.

We were pleased to find that Crutchfield had this unit in stock. It's an exact replacement for the OEM unit in our travel trailer. We were less pleased that the unit needed to be replaced after only a couple of years.

Very good product. Only thing I would have liked better is if you could switch the volume to a master volume control to turn all 3 zones up and down together. Other than that it work great, easy to install, sounds good

Poor display

I liked the features (HDMI, Bluetooth, and ARC). The problem is the display was so faint that I had look at it right in front to see anything.

A Good Purchase

I bought this radio to replace a JWM6A. The JWM72A uses less cabinet space, has a better (i.e., easier to figure out) user interface, and dims more effectively. I just unplugged the old one and plugged in the new one. Plus, it uses the same iPhone app to control it.

DEAD after 4 months

Had it 4 months, it is now DEAD. will not power up. I have checked all my wiring, fuse on the radio itself and in the trailer. Nothing. Checked to see if it was getting power with a little volt meter and had power to the unit. Nothing. Hopefully Crutchfield's amazing customer service will come through for me.

Upgraded Sound & Options Jensen JWM72A is a Hit

A really nice upgrade from the stereo that came in my RV. The Jensen JWM72A added so much to our "rear entertainment" set up. Upgrades include DVD/CD player, a front channel to our main zone, an extra zone, and a sleep timer shut-off feature. The app for this unit is also superior to the app for the stock stereo. The HDMI ARC (CEC) capability was an unexpected bonus. One HDMI cable does the work of multiple cables. I'll emphasize is that this unit is much larger than the single-din unit it replaced and did require cutting a larger hole. It may look like a single-din unit because of its scale, but it's not. A drill bit for starter holes & a jig saw handled the work easily. Wiring & running all the channels required more work & time than cutting the hole for the unit. Very pleased with this purchase. I chose the unit available from the outlet & saved a little money. It was absolutely as good as new.
