Quality product with out of sync documentation

The rating reflects the overall experience and not the quality of the product. I deducted a star due to the fact that the instructions did not match the actual parts in the box. Apparently a change was made to the base mounting brackets and the method of attaching the vertical posts. This in turn resulted in a change in the type and number of fasteners provided, which shows up as a diparity when conducting the hardware inventory and trying to follow the installation instructions. So you need to figure out how things actually go together with the hardware provided, which I personally found fairly easy to sort out. Others may not. Salamander Designs clearly needs to update the documentation provided with the product.
