Features
Overview: The PXHEC1 cable integrates the PXDP iPod2car adapter (item number 541PXDP sold separately) with your Eclipse head unit. The iPod2car adapter then plugs into the iPod's dock connector allowing you to control the basic functions with the Eclipse radio.
iPod Compatibility: This adapter is compatible with virtually any iPod with the Dock Connector. This includes iPod G3 (3rd generation), iPod G4 (4th generation), iPod mini, and Photo iPods.
Controls: The iPod is controlled using the CD Changer commands on the Eclipse radio. Track skip forward/backward and fast forward/rewind within a song work just like on a CD. The controls on the iPod remain active so you have full playback control. The iPod2car interface does not disable any functionality of the iPod.
Battery Charge: The PXDP charges iPod battery when connected.
