Easy set-up. Works as advertised. Only cons: the snaps/levers to lock the wires in place are a little hard on the fingers and the labels provided didn't adhere to the unit.

Works great, transparent sound.

The unit works perfectly. The removable speaker connections are on terminal blocks labeled R-R+L-L+ and color coded white, green black, red. This made installation VERY easy, but you need to mindful to keep the speaker gauge likely 14 or thinner (the higher the number, the thinner the gauge). The impedance matching dial on the rear is also great because it corrects the load based on how many pairs of speakers you're using. This is critical for NOT damaging your power amp. Lower cost speaker distribution boxes do not load-correct for multiple speakers, and wind up taxing the amp to the point of clipping which blows high frequency components, and prematurely kills the amp. The only speed bump I had was with the labels which peel off the sheet as if they would stick, but they don't. Instead, you have to wedge them between the top and bottom of the slightly convex label area above the buttons.
Pros: Ease of installation, intuitive.
Cons: Somewhat small terminal blocks accommodates only smaller gauge wire. Labels need to be installed in a somewhat non-intuitive manner.
