    Q
Will this work with kenwood 4707s ?
    [ Nathan  Aug 13, 2021 ]
    1 answer
    A
This microphone can plug into the microphone input on that receiver. It will add around 1/2-3/4" extra depth being needed to install the receiver. We recommend confirming this space is available because if it is, then this microphone will work.

The USA Spec MIC45 microphone is a direct replacement for the BT45 Bluetooth interface. We unfortunately do not carry the iSimple CarConnect 3000 product in order to be able to check for compatibility with an aftermarket Bluetooth mic. You may wish to reach out iSimple directly, to obtain further advice.

No that Boss has an integrated micrphone for Bluetooth and doesn't have any output for an external one.

    Q
will it work with a sony MEX-N4200BT?
    [ Tank  Feb 23, 2019 ]
    2 answers
    A
While it has the industry-standard 3.5mm male audio mini-connector and your deck seems to have a corresponding mic input with all documentation indicating support for external mic functionality, said documentation states exclusive support for Sony's own XA-MC10 mic; likewise the Sony mic explicitly supports your deck among a select few other Sony models. This may just be false, self-serving pseudo-proprietarity by Sony, could be an exclusive digital interface, or could fall anywhere along a spectrum between the two. Regardless, the specified microphone is relatively inexpensive especially weighed against the time and/or money required to replace an incompatible unit.
