very satisfied with product. It charges right away, works as advertised. suction cup doesn't loose grip as well

Easy to install. The dash mount holds the device securely. The automatic clamping feature is nice. We found that it will charge Samsung phones through their cases, but not iPhones. It charged a Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S10 through their cases, but an iPhone XR and and iPhone 12 had to have their cases removed in order to be sensed by the charger.

Quality product, one concern was it sticking on dash material, because i didnt want to put other suction cup holder on dash anywhere. It seem to be holding fine
