About the XpressKit THNISS3 Interface Harness
Databus interface harness saves time
XpressKit's THNISS3 interface harness comes in handy when you're using their DBALL2 databus module to install a security system in certain Nissan and Infiniti vehicles, saving you hours of installation time and wiring hassles. The THNISS3 allows plug-and-play installation in most instances, but may require additional connections of up to three wires in some vehicles. Warranty: 60 days.
More details on the XpressKit THNISS3 Interface Harness
Nissan/Infiniti T-Harness: The XpressKit THNISS3 T-harness works with the XpressKit DB-ALL2 interface module (607DBALL2, sold separately) to help you install a RSR-type remote starter system in select Push-to-Start Nissan/Infiniti vehicles. The harness has plugs that match the factory connectors of your vehicle to greatly reduce cutting and splicing into the factory wiring. Simply plug in the THNISS3 T-harness at the OBD connector, Key Port connector, and one wire at the vehicle and you're done. Some hardwiring is still necessary for installation. Compatible with NISS3HT firmware.
Note: Please consult the Crutchfield Car Selector to see if your GM vehicle is compatible.
RSR (Remote Start Ready): RSR is a function that enables the DB-ALL2 interface module to remote start the vehicle completely on its own. Consequently, there is no need for an aftermarket or an OEM remote starter in order to start the vehicle from a distance.
Vehicle Compatibility Chart: The XpressKit THNISS3 T-harness is compatible with the following 2007-2014 Push-to-Start (Smart-Key) Nissan and Infiniti vehicles (as of 12/24/2013).
