It's everything that I expected it to be, except, that the shelves are not adjustable on this particular model, the ELEMENTS 8777 3 BAY CABINET, something that should be indicated in the description. Only the 4 BAY version (8779), has adjustable shelving. It turned out, that the extra space and accommodations weren't required for my purposes.
Pros: Well thought out design, especially down to the hidden wheels
Cons: Shelves not adjustable in the 3 bay version.
