Screen Blemishes
William from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 3/19/2023
I purchased mine for use with my DJ company a number of years ago and didn't have a chance to use it due to Covid-19. When I finally did open it up, there were some black smudges and what looked like a pink logo (indistinguishable letters and a line), directly in the viewing area of the screen. I followed every method on the support site to clean it, but it will not even fade. Something tells me it is an imperfection in the creation of the material or scream itself.
Pros: Very easy set up. Light, portable, and works extremely well front and rear throw if only. Wrinkles are easy to get out with a hairdryer on light mode sweeping back-and-forth. Will roll the screen in future to prevent future wrinkles.
Cons: Imperfections in the manufacture of the screen (see pics), are noticeable when viewing content. There are pinkish/red marks and black smudges that I suspect are built into the material. The screen was not stores with any thing other than the original case it came with. In the end, I realize it's my fault for not checking the screen much much earlier, but if this is what it was like, when I received it, I would hope elite screens would make an exception and replace the screen.

Wrinkles and creases, it's a NO!!!
Stephen from Wilmer, AL on 12/11/2022
Not a good product, you will be disappointed. It's all about the viewing quality, right? The frame is not bad I assembled it without having to look at the instructions. The screen is the problem, creases and wrinkles, I did the hairdryer trick following their "You've been had" instructions, I put a stave in between the the top and bottom frame rails to put additional tension in the screen and four days later the issue of this screen arriving folded is still to distracting to watch. I took a cheap, twenty seven dollar stretchy screen and put over this one and had HD quality video. I have a Sony laser projector, it's not my equipment thats is the problem, it is Elite Screens been counters looking at the profit margin, and the go as far as to explain this in part of the instructions when they tell you how to attempt to correct their cost saving measure of them folding the screen. The price of this screen for the end result is stupid and I will not be purchasing any other products from Elite Screens. Crutchfield needs to to put some one on product vendor quality control because this is how you loose customers, it's doing business like this that makes me take a chance with other sellers. If I would not have been able to come up with a quick fix for the family holiday movie nights it would have been a burned bridge for me.
Pros: Frame
Cons: To distracting to watch

Best for rear projection
Crutchfield customer from Spring Hill, FL on 10/18/2021
I purchased the Yard Master for my covered patio to be used with the XGIMI Horizon Pro 4k projector. Set up was pretty straightforward and I love the fact that I could take the screen down and transport so easily. The issue for me and my wife is that the picture was noticeably better when the projector was placed behind the screen versus in front. Projecting from the front created a bright area and also seemed to have a slightly grainy quality to the picture. From behind, we didn't notice that at all. Even the "fold lines" were virtually invisible. The picture quality was just better. It came down to space and not having the distance to place the projector behind the screen. While we ended up going with a different screen for the patio, we decided to keep the Yard Master because of the portability and picture quality.
Pros: Easy setup, portable and great picture when projector is placed behind screen.
Cons: A little shiny on the front side. Pricier than the motorized Elite screen I ended up going with.

Great screen. 120 is huge! Don't really want to watch on tv inside anymore!
Pros: Easy set up, great screen
Cons: Folds in screen occasionally visibly while watching a movie. Carrying case could be sturdier. Doubt it will last.
