Waiting time was over a month
Crutchfield customer from Fayetteville, AR on 12/29/2019
Screen is great, mechanics are touchy and shipping took over a month. Ships from manufacturers so not entirely Crutchfield's fault. Frustrating experience but customer service was very nice.

Beautiful image, QA issue with Screen
Guest from Mountain View, CA on 8/24/2019
Beautiful image. It's a big step up from beaming movies and TV at our living room wall. Before, I used to have every light off in the kitchen/living room to get decent black levels while watching at night. Now we can have some ambient light on, and with the projector (Epson 5040ube) on a brighter setting (Cinema Bright), it's a vibrant, color accurate image. The motor also lowers/raises smoothly and quickly. Caveats: the screen catches/sticks to the roll as it's being lowered past the painted black 'drop' portion near the top. At first, it would not lower at all but I noticed that it would gradually release when I stopped the screen manually and allowed it to release from it's own weight. I can roll it down now, but the longer it is in the rolled up position, the more it sticks. Refer to the picture to see how it stuck after one night in the up position. Another minor issue I noticed, that may be common to many screens of this type, is a repeating pattern - a pair of two faint horizontal lines about every 7 or 8 inches. I have heard them referred to as roller lines. On normal material, they aren't visible at all. When the image is bright with a consistent color, like the sky, dessert, or a snowy field, the lines appear.
Pros: Color accuracy, ambient light rejection without much sparkle artifacts. Amazing for this price.
Cons: Apparent QA issues with the screen drop (black section at top) paint material and faint lines from the roller design or storage of material before assembly.

Easy to install & great picture
Samone from Hebron, OH on 1/13/2019
The screen was easy to install and once the remote was programmed everything was a breeze. Its a bit smelly though and hopefully it will wear off soon, it probably because the screen was newly made. I have an ultra HD 4K projector and now even the HD sports broadcasts are high quality viewing.
