Love these. Got them for a steal from the awesome folks at Crutchfield. They sound heavenly. I do concur with many reviewers in that The highs can be fatiguing, however, I dialed the high frequency down a notch with the EQ and it worked magic.
Pros: Overall sounds amazing
Cons: Tweeter sounds a tiny bit boosted but if you have an EQ then not an issue

I am very pleased with the Jamo Concert Series C 93 II. I placed them in my home office, playing CDs and streaming music via bluetooth. I describe the sound as magical, the tonal range is wonderful at both low and high volume. Detailed highs from the tweeter and fast tight bass from the woofer. They also look good, the cabinets are beautiful, very nice design!

Very happy with these speakers. they replaced a pair of PSB towers due to downsizing. Although with the floor stands still take up some space. But in the room they sound great to my older ears. Clear as a bell. Soft or loud. Also purchased the surprising large subwoofer.

Phenomenal: set up is key!
Crutchfield customer from BERNALILLO, NM on 9/7/2022
Music streaming, and home theater use in a carpeted 10' x 28' room. I've seen reviewers say these sound harsh, and I would bet my last dollar they didn't take the time to set them up correctly. If you have something like YPAO and you're a beginner, great! Use that. Don't just expect to swap out with your current fronts. Take some time to learn your system (this can only benefit you in the long run, too). Keep them 8" from a wall, and 6' from each other. Otherwise, not too picky. Build/ finish: 10/10 There's no doubt Jamo has a great design team and these look modern and fresh without clashing with interiors that might be more on the vintage/classic/even rustic side. They are SOLID, and build quality seems to very high. Real caps on the woofers, too. The tweed grills are some of the best aesthetics on any speaker, even if the magnetic locking system is a bit weak. Lows: 8.5/10 The bass is there, in abundance, and clear over a wide variety of music. Will you benefit from a sub in a mid/large room? Probably. But these are really, really, good even at low volumes. Mids: 9.5/10 Definitely the best mids I've heard at this price point. I have music that can muddle a lot of systems. These play beautifully, and rich with great clarity. Highs: 9.5/10 crystal clear. Live recordings on these are such a treat. Addictive, honestly. Sound stage: 9/10 Shocking they can achieve this much. I can pinpoint sounds on these I can't with my Canton Kar

Impressive Sound
Mark from Columbia, IL on 7/22/2022
I bought the C95II towers for my 2 channel rig. Was pleased with them, but they were too big for the room. The room would load the bass and make it muddy, would cover the midrange. I ordered these, C93II, and in the same room sounded better. Now I have clear midrange and the lows doesn't come in and cover the lower mids. So far I have to give these five stars. I would recommend anyone looking at these to give serious consideration.
Pros: Fills small to medium rooms Big bass for small cabinet
Cons: Says it's a 6.5 midbass/woofer, I measured 4.75. That was from surround rubber to surround rubber.

The 'Spacial Audio' of Speakers
Crutchfield customer from Portland, OR on 4/21/2022
I've been A/B testing the Jamo C 93 II against the Elac Uni-Fi 2.0 for two weeks now. In short, these are spectacular speakers that disappear in a room. With the Elac speakers you are listening to speakers, whereas these just place singers & instruments around your room. When switching between them on my receiver, the difference is huge. I would describe the Jamo effect as hearing a "Noise Reduction" filter being enabled, which removes the background sound between elements. The Elacs are like a swimming pool with all the vocals & instruments splashing about. Toggling over to the Jamos, it sounds like the water was drained from the pool and you're listening to each instrument clear & isolated. The Elacs sound dull in comparison. But.... this is a gimmick. Jamo makes 90% of stuff "pop" and sound more "present." The Achilles heel is when you listen to music that is supposed to be "swampy." The Jamos destroyed My Bloody Valentine & Cocteau Twins. Any music where you want to hear the whole mix, gets ruined by the Jamos making each element sound distinct and cleaned up. Which wasn't good. I love the huge soundstage and imaging, which is WAY better than the Uni-Fi 2.0's, but it comes at the expense of stripping individual instruments out of the mix - into 3D space. In fact, it's kinda like when you kick "Spatial Audio" on using your AirPods.
Pros: Huge Soundstage, Clarity, Imaging, Presence, Entertaining
Cons: Recessed Vocals, Speaker Separation Destroys the Mix, Sharp Sibilance on Live Mics

Outstanding Sound But......
Alexandre from EAST STROUDSBUR, PA on 3/14/2022
The Jamo 93 II have an outstanding sound but I found an annoying issue, they produce a rattle noise on some low mid frequencies when playing loud and it sometimes pops on some kick drums when I raise the volume (Not that much, Vol 3.5) on my Sansui AU-770 and AU-717. I even returned my first set thinking they were defective but the other one that arrived do the same. Other speakers I have such as the Jamo S 803 or fluance SX6 handles well at the same situation with no issues..

Just received today and I can tell these are going to work very well. Most of my music is streamed from Amazon music and everything I have tried sounds great and I am sure once they break in I am sure they will improve. I was already familiar the the Jamo sound because I use the C91's on my desk. I was using B&W's before on the LR system and I just never liked them much. For the money, this is a great value. Also, this is my first Crutchfield purchase and I was very pleased with them...

Had been wanting a nice pair of speakers for a while and read the reviews on these Jamo concert 9 series c 93 ll . Well as usual Crutchfield delivered fast to my door, after un- boxing and setting them up , I was ready to hear awesome clear music, former speakers were Bose, so on went the music of different types at different volumes but not cranked up, then watching different action movies when I closed my eyes and WOW I was blown away, the sound was every where coming from every corner of the room !! Then back to music after using for awhile but not really broken in yet , its awesome sounding I'm old school so Jackson Brown , Bob Seger, Fleetwood Mac, and other types of newer muisc I'm very happy and glad I bought 2 sets!
Pros: Great sounding and getting better every day , very clear on the highs and bass is good.

Jamo C93II is a great speaker.
Stephen from Pearl City, HI on 2/1/2022
I was really impressed with the quality of sound emanating from this tiny loudspeaker. I have been using Polk Lsim703 speakers for the last 3 years and was quite satisfied with the sound. However, the Jamo C93 II appears to have a clearer midrange and treble. The Lsim703 does seem to go deeper in the bass region. Overall, the Jamo is a great buy at the current price.
Pros: Very small and light with excellent clarity,
Cons: Lacks deep bass.

Not what I expected...
Crutchfield customer from Lincroft, NJ on 12/12/2021
So many variables - amp, room, ears...! The reviews were great, and my Wharfedale Diamond IVs are over 20 years old, so thought I could do better. The bass on these was an improvement, but the top end... no crispness; snares or choppy rhythm guitars were afforded an unpleasantly thick squelch rather than a crack. Surprised and disappointed. Packing them up for return.
Pros: Full bass for the size
Cons: Horrible "fat" top end. Silly baffle design, magnetically attached grills just asking for trouble when moving the speakers.

Great sound, great looks, for a great price. You can't go wrong.
Ed from Seattle, WA on 11/30/2021
Ordered these on Saturday and had them delivered by noon on Tuesday. Pretty amazing for free shipping. Speakers sound great. I did some research before, so I knew these have a U shaped presentation-Bass and treble pushed. Mids are pulled back. Paired with my Denon amp, which is pretty warm the combo sounds awesome. Treble is still a little hot but not fatiguing. The only con I would say so far(I've only listened to them for a couple hours) is record noise is bit more noticeable probably due to the lively top end. But for this price you can't go wrong. Plus free 2 day shipping makes these a steal. I still have a pair of Jamo J101 I bought in 1978 when I was in High School. They still sound great.
Pros: Great sound, Great looks.
Cons: pops and clicks from vinyl can be a little more pronounced. Easily remedied by tone controls.

Amazing soundstage. Slightly U-shaped crossover but not too carved out. Amazing low end. Exciting highs. Currently paired with a Niles SI-2100 amplifier. Sound so great I purchased a 2nd pair!
Pros: Large/wide sound with a small footprint. Very attractive! I did not need to angle them in my mid-sized room. No need for a subwoofer in a small to mid-sized room.
Cons: While the magnetic covers are a nice feature the magnets are not very strong... If I don't remember to handle them in a particular way the covers fall off... Combined with the slippery finish... I even dropped one HARD... Minor external damage... Hopefully no internal damage...

Louie from Brownsville on 11/18/2021
I played these speakers for about 2 hours straight and then I said these are not as good as my Triangle Borea 3's so I replaced them and began to listen to the Borea 3. I played the same music and realized that something was missing, the Triangles sounded flat in comparison to the Jamo 93 II, no sparkle or excitement. I gave the Jamo's a second chance and I couldn't believe the difference in sparkle and clarity. These are Great all-around speakers that need to be compared to what your listening to appreciate how good they really sound.
Pros: You hear everything with these speakers. The build and look of these speakers are first-rate.
Cons: Badly recorded songs are not worth listening to on these speakers, the clarity of these speakers amplifies everything bad about the recording.

Quite frankly, I bought them with the expectation of sending them back. Just didn't think they would be able to compete with the JBLs, which I love. Wrong! These are awasome. So far, so (better than) good!
Crutchfield customer from Mount Vernon, WA on 6/23/2021
I had my speakers shipped to my brother's house, near where my new house will be. Unfortunately I won't be able to hook them up until next February. I bought them now because there is no guarantee they will be in stock next February, or that this amazing price will still be offered (get while the getting's good). So I can't comment on the speaker performance. But I can say this, they arrived the day after I ordered them. You can't ask for better than that. I'm sure that can't be expected every time. I think they went from Virginia to North Carolina, the next state over, so that helped. But still, the next day. My brother inspected them for damage and says he's never seen more beautiful speakers. It's going to be a wait, but from what I've heard from trusted reviewers, it will be well worth it. Thanks Crutchfield, look forward to the next time.

Fantastic sounding set of speakers. I have a Jamo studio series 5.1.2 in my living room set up and bought these while on sale to make watching TV and listening to music in my bedroom more enjoyable. The clarity and separation of these speakers is incredible. Highs are crisp and the lows are just enough for my bedroom where I don't have to add a subwoofer. The only issue with these speakers is that they now blow my living room set up out of the water and i'm already planning an upgrade for the studio series (good problem to have). If you are on the fence about these, don't overthink it like I did and go for it. You wont find a better sounding speaker in this price range and the value proposition when on sale cant be beat.

The jury is still out with these Jamo speakers. I just unpacked them and find a discrepancy in the description. Jamo claims that the woofers are 6 inch but in reality they are 4 5/8 inch in diameter. I enclose a photo , tell me what you think....

Perfect pair!
Louie from Round Lake, IL on 7/5/2020
My first high end pair of speakers ( based on MSRP). I've been waiting for this chance to get hold of this type of quality set of speakers but they are not within my price range. Thanks to Crutchfield, I was able to get these at a very generous discount. I have a 12 ft. X 12 ft. den with a "thrift shop" audio system. These are old but not tired premium audio gears from the mid 80's. A sub woofer is too much for this small room but I want a little bit of low end punch to my music. Jamo Concert Series C93 II fits the bill perfectly! I'm no expert. Just somebody who loves good sounding stereo music and for me these speakers are perfect. At low volume, I can still appreciate the music with clear highs and lows and with the mid that every reviewer is talking about, I'm very satisfied with it. Just like any old stereo system, I have a dedicated equalizer where I can tweak the sound to my taste. I can also crank it up if I want to listen outside my room(e.g. cooking in the kitchen). Hands down, these speakers beat my now formerly "most expensive speaker I've ever bought", Polk Audio Tsi300 floor standing speakers( bought half off MSRP at a clearance sale). Thanks Crutchfield!
Pros: no need for sub woofer on a small room set up good looking set of speakers
Cons: None

Like another reviewer of these speakers i think that they don't get enough reviews . I have mine hooked up to a vintage NAD2200 Power amp that was just recapped and cleaned, A NAD1240 Pre amp and a Sony SACD PLAYER. I purchased both NAD pieces new in 1987.As i get older my listening preference is low to medium volume with the loudness button pushed in sitting about 5 feet from the speakers .Also, In the last year i have had klipsch rp600 s , 2 different sets of Elacs, revels ,focals ,and a vintage set of Vienna Acoustics all being book shelf speakers. To me the Jamos are more clear with very tight controlled bass, beautiful mids ,and bright but not fatiguing highs . If you like to listen loud for long periods of time buy the klipsch 600s which are not as good as the jamos at lower listening levels but are still very good . But if you chase clarity and high end audiofile sound like I do , buy the jamos.
Pros: To many to list !
Cons: Now i want to buy the towers .

Considering the price I paid (on sale for about 60% off) maybe it should be a 5 star review, but these definitely are not perfect. Build quality is good, they look great and sound great, until whatever you're listening to is not a very good recording, then they sound harsh to the point where I thought, several times, that maybe the woofer and/or tweeter is blown and considered boxing them back up and returning them. Then skip ahead to a few different songs and it's like they're a whole new pair of speakers, I have a 7.1 system and when I listen to these in stereo mode, with a good recording, I can easily get fooled into thinking I have all 7 speakers going, the soundstage, detail and imaging definitely have the potential to impress. In the end I'd definitely recommend these, assuming a good sale price...

I think these are under reviewed and underappreciated speakers. I have a pair of Sony ss-cs5 speakers in my secondary kitchen system that kept out performing (at least by my taste) the much bigger and more expensive speakers that I had on my main system and returning or reselling because I wanted my main system to sound better than the secondary system. Mostly it was the highs. I like good highs and the Sony's do high frequencies excellently. These are the Speakers that Finally Equaled the Sony's in the Tweeter department but they also have a big, open, airy sound that kind of blew my mind. I don't go to Audio shows or go out of my way to hear supper high-end systems, but in my limited experience, I don't think I've ever heard anything better. They get fairly low for a bookshelf speaker. I do have a SubWoofer that I bought before I purchased these. If I hadn't already bought the subwoofer, I probably wouldn't have bothered to get one. I have the crossover set to 50hz and the gain only turned up to about 15%, so my subwoofer does very little. If the woofer were turned off or broken it would take a while for me to notice. The only thing I can imagine people might dislike about these is that the mids, although very clear, are a bit quieter than the highs and lows. A bass-head might not be satisfied with these, but I imagine that if these don't provide enough bass, not many other bo
Pros: Clear, open, detailed, and good looking speakers.
Cons: Somewhat recessed mids
