Overview: The Audioquest NRG-2 Power Cord (IEC-3 Pole) uses solid Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors in a Self Shielding Counter-Spiral Hyperlitz geometry. Solid conductors prevent strand interaction, which is the greatest single source of distortion in an audio cable or an AC power cable. The less complicated grain structure and fewer impurities within LGC copper significantly reduce distortion compared to normal high-purity copper. The Counter-Spiral geometry minimizes conductor interaction while maintaining a fixed low-inductance relationship between conductors.

I replaced my cheap power cable with the Audioquest NRG-2 because the factory cable was always loose on my Adcom GTP 860 and it will turn off . No more problems. I noticed a more clean sound after installing this cable. Very very well built...
