Incredible headphones. Wish I would have just bought these 2 pairs ago. Still kicking the tire. Not upset yet.

I use these hooked up to the Astell&Kern sp1000 using after market balanced cable, sound staging/presentation is great. But then hooking HP-3 to the Klipsch Heritage Dac/amp, these things go on a wild dance. Certainly made for each other -perfect match. I travel a lot cross continental, for a few weeks I had these, because of their size difficult to carry them along, even for domestic flights. I love the box, mich premium. For keeps for a very long time to come. In fact it became a good storage for all my headphones extra cables. And the headphone stand, what a beauty. The kit you expect from high end cans. Not the paper box from Sennheiser...better these please.

I wanted a pair of headphones that were similar to listening to my Heresy Speakers. These do the job very well. They are open air headphones which means you can still get High Quality Sound and still hear the environment around you. They don't block out others around you and if you like wearing them and listening to a tv sports program you can do both. This is hard to do with speakers and isolating headphones. These are not Bluetooth headphones! They are audiophile headphones for purists. They reveal the good and bad in recorded materials. When the recordings are really good like Classical and Jazz music they reveal this . Poor highly dubbed and mixed and equalized 70 era rock music does not sound as good. These headphones are Classic but very expensive but sort of a first edition collectors item the way they are packaged and sold. I like them for around home use.
Pros: Beautiful headphones and excellent sounding. I do not have the headphone amp made by Klipsch to evaluate them with that device.
Cons: Expensive not blue tooth. Actually for Bluetooth I am currently listening to a pair of headphones by Klipsch for $300 that do just fine for less money. They are over ear ones, very well made. They sound excellent as well but they isolate you from your environment.

These cans are awesome! I like them better than my Sennheiser HD650's. They are more comfortable than the HD650's. They look great but sound even better. Strong punchy bass without being over powering. The mids are so life like and voices have a very open out in the air sound. The highs are a little bright but very clear and detailed. I listen to a broad range of music and they are very nice with all genres. The case they come in is second to none, actually too nice for something to be tucked away in my closet. I am running them on a Marantz HD-DAC1 which has 800mw of power but they do sound good on my ipod also. They will sing for you on a good dac amp! These are a bit pricey but the build quality and sound make them well worth it! Enjoy!
Pros: Looks, sound and build quality
Cons: Price but nothing else

I've been buying headphones since the 70s and have used them professionally in various civilian and military jobs, and the Heritage HP-3 headphones by Klipsch are simply the best headphones I've ever listed to. Yes, they're expensive but they are worth every penny. I'm currently using them to listen to my click-wheel Ipod (yes, I still have one) paired with a good outboard DAC/headphone amp and they sound full and open and my goodness, the BASS! They just sound so GOOD. I've worn them for 2 hours at a time and they're extremely comfortable for extended periods. The only real drawback is that they're a bit loose. I could probably shake them off my head if I tried (and I have a HUGE noggin). The glass and wood case is impressive, but I doubt I'll ever use it to carry them around in (too heavy) so perhaps the price could have been lower if not for that extra bit of expense. But otherwise, they have become a VITAL part of my work environment.
Pros: GREAT sound, sturdily built.
Cons: A little loose. Wood and glass case is an unnecessary expense.

I loved them from the start. Got the open boxed from our beloved Crutchfield and from the moment I pulled them from their solid wood case with a GLASS FRONT, I had the feeling they were going to be a bit special. As usual my crystal balls were correct and I sat them upon thine head and was bewitched with the rush of pure sweet unbiased rich sound. Bass and highs were a delight, mids just right. Comfort level was supreme. They LOOK SPECTACULAR which is not a true selling point but frankly it doesn't hurt. This is a quality product in and out. I purchased them strictly from their name as I own 2 pair of speakers from Klipsch and it most assuredly figures that great speaker production would most likely produce great headphones (smaller speakers fitting around your head). The price on the low side when you get into the stratosphere of higher end cans so it was a no brainer. They deliver is all I can say and until you try these babies on your own head will you be denied a truly amazing set of phones that reek with quality and brilliant sound that by the way was not a necessity of use with an amplifier. I used them from my cd mixer and Marantz cd recorder and no need for any extra amplification. I love them. Glass Case closed.
Pros: Beautiful to behold. Beautiful to be heard. A class act in every way.

Scintallating!!! OMG these headphones are awesome. You hear things that you have never heard before. To say these things are fantastic is an understatement. Everything about these are spectacular. The packaging that they come in is ridiculously nice --- if they take that kind of care to package these, just think how great they will sound. The build quality is top rate. The sound is amazing. Listening to old classic rock songs (primarily Rush) gave me an even better appreciation for the music as you can really hear things like never before --- unless of course you have a set of Klipsch heritage speakers. The folks at Klipsch have replicated their historical sound in these headphones. If you are a fan of the heritage line of speakers you will love these --- huge and detailed sound stage --- as if you are in the studio with the band. You won't want to share these. Besides sounding unreal, they look and feel great. Another grand slam home run product by this legendary company.
Pros: Wide and detailed sound stage Fantastic sound Uber comfortable Great build quality and look Sounds great on a smartphone but works even better with Dragonfly

This is my first pair of headphones in this ultra high end category, being a big Klipsch fan I became excited when I heard of this from CES 2017. Nearly 11 months after that announcement had to hear what the best headphone audio Klipsch has to offer sounds like. Definitely not disappointed. They feel lighter than I imagined, while also feeling and looking quite stunning. They are very comfortable, they don't squeeze your head like some of their older over ear headphones. Design wise they've definitely made improvements as these are the most comfortable over ear headphones I have had the pleasure of using from Klipsch. The headband could potentially do with a little extra cushion, makes my head tingle slightly after a while, but you can just angle it slightly and continue listening. Listened to these for 6+ hours straight without issue. Their sound is equally beautiful. They as crisp and as clean, possibly more so, than my reference premier floor standing speakers. The bass is as pleasing as my rsw-15 sub without being exaggerated, treble as clear as those horn loaded tweeters. Absolutely remarkably clear audio, particularly anything with live instruments just really comes to life. Very addicting sound, pairs superbly with the Heritage Amp. Love these headphones, recommended if you really enjoy home audio.
