Excellent pass through. The electrical wire is extremely heavy duty and similar to (if not the same) as standard in wall electrical wire. The sockets and connections are excellent quality. My only complaint is the bottom pass through for wires is a little small. I was able to get four 28 gauge hdmi cables through but it was a tight fit.
Pros: Excellent quality all around.
Cons: Some what small bottom pass through for wires.

Very easy to install, quality cable, fits in a 2X4 wall with the angled mount for the electrical box. Compared to most kits I've seen this one has actual Nomex wire to terminate into a standard electrical outlet. You can cut the wire to length for a professional install. The other end of the Nomax is a molded plug for the bottom outlet. You then plug a special supplied heavy duty extension cord into this plug and into a nearby wall outlet. Nice touch of the other cable feed through on the top is a brush like material to keep the cables airtight with the wall. Oddly they did not do this on the bottom outlet, the only downside I found to the entire kit.
Pros: Quality kit, first rate
Cons: Bottom outlet for the HDMI or optical cable should have an airtight outlet like the top feed.
