Product Research

Compatibility: The FS-700 S2 speaker stand has been designed by Bowers & Wilkins to perfectly match their 700 Series bookshelf loudspeakers - including the 707 S2, 706 S2, and 705 S2 (all sold separately). The FS-700 S2 places the Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series bookshelf loudspeakers at the perfect height for optimum audio performance. The 700 Series bookshelf loudspeakers are secured to the stand using the included hardware and the threaded inserts under the loudspeaker. This speaker stand can also be used with other brands of bookshelf loudspeakers of similar size and weight (however, there is no hardware to secure other brands of speakers to the stand).

High-Quality Construction: The Bowers & Wilkins FS-700 S2 speaker stand uses aluminum, steel, and MDF construction. The top-plate is made of solid steel, while the bottom base is made of heavy-duty MDF. The upright post is made of aluminum and is hollow so you can add filler to it to make the stand even heavier. It comes in a black or silver finish.

Wire & Cable Management: The rubber or spike feet of the speaker stand raise it off the floor enough so you can route your speaker wire under the base and up through the hollow upright post to your mounted bookshelf loudspeaker.

Rubber & Spike Feet: The FS-700 S2 speaker stand includes rubber and spike feet. Use the rubber feet for hardwood, tile, vinyl, and laminate flooring. Use the spike feet for carpeted flooring. The rubber or spike feet screw into the bottom of the stand. The feet are adjustable, so you can level the speaker stand on uneven floors.

  • Dimensions with Rubber Feet: 11.5" (w) x 25.625" (h) x 11.75" (d)
  • Dimensions with Spike Feet:  11.5" (w) x 24.75" (h) x 11.75" (d)

Note: The FS-700 S2 speaker stand should always be used with either the rubber or spike feet installed for optimum performance and maximum stability.

We have not received any answers from other customers on your question. I would recommend reaching out to an Advisor by phone (1-800-324-9695) or online chat. They should be able to help answer your question.

Will B&W 607 speakers fit on these stands?
[ R  Dec 04, 2019 ]
1 answer
No, only 707 S2, 706 S2 and 705 S2 . I think you are looking for B & W STAV 24 S2 . Please investigate I am not 100 percent sure.
[ TC  Dec 04, 2019 ]
Do these work with the CM6 S2? If don't what do B&W have speaker stands that work with CM6 S2?
[ Paul  Oct 19, 2019 ]

I can't answer that question. The speakers I own are CDM 1NT and these stands fit great for these speakers. What I can tell you is that there are 2 sets of 4 holes on the top of the speaker stands in which to screw the speakers to the stand. The set of holes that match my speakers are spaced 6 1/2" x 5 3/8" apart. The second set of holes are spaced 7 1/4" x 4 1/4" apart. If the holes on the bottom of your speaker match either set of these holes, then these stands should work for your speakers. Hope that helps.
[ Tim  Oct 30, 2019 ]
I am unsure if these will work with those older B&W speakers, as we did not carry them , and therefore do not have any in house research on them. :(

Will these work with CM1s as well or only 700 series?
[ Tom  Sep 06, 2019 ]
1 answer
These are designed specifically for the 700 series.
