I bought these for the sound quality - it does not disappoint. The soundstage is much deeper / broader than what I have on a pair from Sony. Also, the Bluetooth connectivity is much better. The downside, they are not as comfortable as I would like.

I own a pair of older B&W head phones and love the sound. I decided to upgrade to a new pair. The sound from the PX5 is amazing! I love the sound quality. I listen to music on my Macbook Pro from Tidal or Audirvana through an iFi DSD dac. The sound quality is excellent! My issue with the PX5 is that you need to have the bluetooth turned ON in order to use a wired connection... So the battery is constantly being used. Poor, poor design, so when the battery is dead, so are the headphones. The noise cancelling is OK at best. So if you are looking for a high quality noise cancelling function, there are better options in headphones. Sound quality was my main reason for purchasing these headphones and on that quality they did not disappoint.
Pros: Sound quality
Cons: The functionality, the battery is required for wired as well as bluetooth. Weak noise canceling. Not very comfortable, they need to be broken in.
