Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I am very pleased with the swiftness of delivery, only 2 days, awesome. I wish I would have purchased the Audioengine D1 DAC from you folks instead of through another retailer. It took them another week to get the DAC to me. I'll know better next time. I really appreciate the free shipping to Hawaii too.

Pros: Crutchfield rocks

Cons: absolutely none

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Product works as advertised - what's not to work. A bit pricey (yes, no one made me buy it). Not sure if I missed it in the product specs (adviser informed me) that when using the Audioengine D1 DAC with fiber input, external power is required. Have not tried using the product with any device other than the D1.

Pros: Works.

Cons: Price.

No charging for iPhone and iPad???

AJT from Baltimore on 4/3/2013

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

Powers up the Audioengine D1 just fine. For whatever reason, it does NOT charge my iPhone 4S nor my iPad (3rd Gen.). Tried two different cables, but no luck. For the price, I probably would've bought something else had I known that.
