It's a Beast! First off, The Kann Cube is a beast! But does the hefty price tag mean it's "twice as good" as its predecessor The Kann? Well, if pocket portability is unimportant, YES! Ok, so it's big & heavy, but The Kann Cube has more of everything...more power, much more, internal storage, large beautiful display, excellent dual processors, lots of connections...and I'm only scratching the surface of this new, beautifully crafted addition to the legendary AK Line of DAP's. I use it as my primary music playback source & streamer for my 2ch home stereo. Ripping CD's with the AK MKII Ripper is a breeze also. Looking for a nice upgrade with all the features of a more expensive eye-catching device, then look no further than this full-figure beauty!

This is my first A&K product. I purchased this to use in my 2017 GMC Canyon, which More than likely has the same downfall as many other newer vehicles; in that the stock head unit cannot easily be swapped because many of the vehicle components are integral to its existence. I've been using a NAVTV product to t-tap into the stock system and use a toslink cable to an 8 channel and a monoblock JL-vxi amp. The stock deck only supports lower quality compressed music files. Not even using this product, my system sounds amazing, I never knew music could sound so good; but I still feel like I'm missing something. I purchased this product because it offers so many output options. Not yet installed, but coming soon, will be a mini optical to toslink to compare the vxi's internal DAC to the A&K's DAC via the soon to be installed 1/8" to RCA cable. I've already paired it via Bluetooth in my truck but that's the same quality as anything. The mind opening sound quality of my truck has pushed my interest into high end home audio, my first in-home components will be coming in the following weeks, months, and years. This player, with its many output options, will serve as a dual purpose portable DAC and at home high res player/WiFi streamer until I upgrade to a dedicated home only player.
Pros: Solid build Versatile

I originally purchased the sr15 which was very nice but small display and very compact. I like this one with 5 inch display its allot larger so not made to.go in your pocket easy to use as all there products. The only thing I wish is that would display the album.arrtwork in alphabetical.order to the musicians name
Pros: Very nice unit
Cons: Artwork display
