These earbuds may be lightweight, but the included cable is heavyduty. It's a thin yet durable braided cord that detaches from the earpieces. Coil the stiff top part of the cable around your ear for a snug fit. This keeps the cord out of your way as you perform and stops sound from escaping and being picked up by live mics.

I purchased these as replacements for another set of Westones which seem to have gotten lost on a trip. I use them on long airplane rides as well as for general audio listening. I love the sound and clarity, ease of use and wearing and also that I can actually lay down on my side with these in, they are so small.

These earphones are use by the pros for monitoring music but are great for personal use with an MP3 player or hi res player. Sound is sharp and clear and ambient noise is controlled well. Good quality at a comfortable price.
