You know that line you hear once in a while "you get what you pay for" ? Well with this particular sub you truly do! I could tell when I opened the box that this subwoofer had stellar build quality and was designed with audiophiles in mind. I'm amazed at the output AND accuracy. I have the sub in a .6 cu ft sealed enclosure and powered by a 900 watt focal amp. The enclosure may be small but it still digs deep. I was concerned that the box would be to small but Andy Wehmeyer (the designer of the sub) assured me that it is the optimal enclosure size. This enclosure size allowed me to have a very clean and stealth enclosure built in the corner of my trunk so I sacrificed very little trunk space. I love the subwoofer so much I'm considering getting a second! Thanks for reading!
Pros: Output, accuracy, designed by a car audio enthusiast, power handling, linear throw, large voice coil, decent output even at very low frequencies
Cons: It isn't exactly cheap but good equipment usually isn't.

It's hard to explain how much output you can achieve in a small box. It's approximately .5 cubic feet. But I've tried .6 as well. The boxes used half pound of polyfill. The differences were nominal with a slight loss of output in the bottom end... Easily fixed with eq. A single sub has been confused with dual tens and twelves. It's a beast. The low distortion and clean output easily blends easily with the front mids. My crossover point is 70Hz with 24Db slopes and played with GB60 mid-bass. It's definitely one of those subs that you have to hear to appreciate. I'm sure with it ported in the trunk it would have the sheer output that most are looking to achieve. Sealed it probably won't do any neat tricks but I can easily get into mid 120's decibel range on music. But who has heard it have complained about total volume. They're very impressed and shocked to hear it's in the trunk as it blends so well with the mids it gives the impression of being installed in the trunk. The build quality and attention to details means this sub is built to last. Mine is paired with the ms-a5001. The sub can easily handle big amps and designed to handle the harsh environments and weathering effects of being inside a vehicle. Best sub I've ever owned.
Pros: Clean Loud Nice compromise for output vs box size... More install options Build quality
