Deep bass and convenient mounting options
QSC's AD-S112SW subwoofer delivers deep, musical bass, thanks to a 12-inch woofer and TFR™ (Turbulent Flow Reduction) port technology. It can handle up to 300 watts and delivers on the low end, with a frequency response of 30-135 Hz. It comes with a yoke-style mount for on-wall placement, and optional M10 eyebolt fittings can be used to "fly" the speaker from a high ceiling. It's also weather-resistant for use indoors or out.

Surface Mount Subwoofer:The QSC AcousticDesign AD-S112sw is a low impedance, surface mounted, 12" direct radiating subwoofer. An ideal companion to AcousticDesign full range models (sold separatley), the AD-S112sw allows impressive low frequency expression within a complimenting form factor, suitable of demanding foreground and background sound reinforcement applications.
12" Woofer + Bass Port: The AD-S112sw features a high power 12" weather treated paper cone woofer on a 2.5" voice coil. TFR (Turbulent Flow Reduction) port design tunes the enclosure resonance and is optimized for high velocity air flow, resulting in higher output pressures before turbulence or "chuffing" of the port.
Rugged Enclosure Rated for Indoor & Outdoor Use: With rugged ABS enclosures, sealed input panel covers, and powder-coated aluminum grilles for weather resistance, the AcousticDesign surface mounted series exceed IEC60529 IP-54 ratings for dust and splash resistance. The AD Series subwoofer qualified for outdoor use using the following tests.
- Salt Fog: MIL-STD-810G Method 509.5 for 100 hrs.
- Humidity: MIL-STD-810G Method 507.5, Natural cycle B2, cyclic high RH for 7 days.
- High & Low Temperature: Tested to QSC internal standards between -20° and 50° C.
Euro-Style Connector: The Euro-style connector allows pre-wiring of the speaker and when combined with the quick "snap-on" deployment of the subwoofer to the mount, installation is completed in a fraction of the time required versus competitive models.
Black Finish + Paintable: The AcousticDesign series feature a stylish appearance free of obtrusive logo adornments for aesthetically sensitive installations. Complimenting adjacent product families, the AD-S112sw is available in QSC standard black and may be painted to match any decor.
Mounting Options: Taking full advantage of boundary plane coupling and to reduce vibration transmission, the AD-S112sw ships with an included yoke mount assembly. Additional M10 fittings on the enclosure allow suspended or flown deployments using the optional accessory M10 KIT-C.
