Great Bass for and Exceptional Price

This is a really good sub with good bass...especially for the price. I have a JL Audio M700/5 amp pushing the power. Great low thump during low and normal music. It doesn't produce great bass at high levels of volume. This is only a problem if you are trying to hear the bass from the beach. If you great bass and don't want the JL Audio price, this is a good option, or the Signature Fusion subwoofer.

Pros: Great Bass for low/normal/medium music levels. If you are on the boat, it will sound amazing.

Cons: Not excellent at the higher levels of music

No, a box is not required for the Fusion MS-SW10--it's designed for free-air applications without a separate enclosure. Q
Do you need an amplifier to power the subwoofer, or can you wire them straight to the head unit?

A
400 watt sub needs a 400 watt amp. You do need a amp to power this sub. Head unit does not have enough power
