Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

As much as I like the iSmartAlarm system one siren is not enough ... you will need at least one extra alarm as a real noise deterrent and maybe more if you're looking to have neighbors hear it as well. Connection is very easy with this system and as long as your wifi is dependable you should have no issues

Pros: Easy connection, works immediately

Cons: May need more than one siren

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I originally purchased the extra siren => this Satellite Siren as I thought the one in the Cube would not be enough - though I assure you the Cube is pretty loud by itself. The reason why I went for another one is that the Cube is always hooked up via wire to the router (unless you have it on WiFi + extra $) which tends to be placed somewhere in the center of the house. By adding the extra siren I have it placed exactly where I want it, closer to the most "sensitive area" of the house - if you have a 2-story house this is a no-brainer for the few extra $. Overall amazing system for amazing price, exactly what I was looking for to give me a peace without 3rd parties.

Pros: Loud, easy to set up, inexpensive, mobile/flexible placement since hooked up to the Cube via WiFi

As advertised. Not very loud, though.

Overview: The iSmartAlarm Satellite Siren is an add-on accessory for your iSmartAlarm Home Security System. This compact siren can be placed anywhere in your home (within range of the CubeOne hub) and can alert you in an emergency or deter an intruder. It comes with a 6' USB power cord, and has a battery backup in the event of a power outage.

110dB: The volume of the Satellite Siren is adjustable in the iSmartAlarm app, up to a maximum of 110dB. The siren features multiple tones for other events, such as a door chime to alert you that a door has been opened.

Installation: Installation of the Satellite Siren is simple. It just needs to be plugged in to an electrical outlet and placed on a counter or bookshelf, or hidden under a couch. Once the CubeOne hub locates it, you will be able to add the siren to your system through the iSmartAlarm app. The app will also allow you to configure the siren with the volume and tones you desire.

Note: The iSmartAlarm's CubeOne will allow any combination of sensors and accessories up to 70, so you can add multiple sirens to your system.
