I can say for the money these sound fantastic. If wanting to add component level sound but not wanting to do custom install, I would highly recommend this set of speakers. Feeding them 45 watts rms from amp, also if using head unit power will suffice, but these really shine on more power. Highs are great and details in music are there from top to bottom. Only issue I heard was bass is lacking but in defense these are only 5.25, which usually are only good for about 90hz and up. People shouldn't try and get low freq. out of anything less than an 8in. woofer in my opinion. Mids are clear and precise, you can hear the lows but again if wanting the punch, it is lacking. Overall a great set and hard to beat!!!

Pros: detailed highs, mids are crystal clear and pronounced, excellent soundstage and projection

Cons: bass is lacking but expecting being that it is only 5.25, cutoff around at least 100hz but in my opinion 125hz
