Good woofer. Bought it to replace my factory woofer in 2002 F- Expedition. Fits into the woofer box and holes line up just needs some modification to the inside insulation. Also slight Modification to the wiring. The rubber lip on the rim is tough to work with if using original screws. Overall I am happy with it.
Pros: Fits with good sound and matches up with the 2002 Expedition Mach audio sound system
Cons: Did not slip right into place like w/o slight modifications. What did I expect from trying to replace a 20 year old original part.

Amazing bass for compact installs!

I am in the process of upgrading the sound in my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I bought the MB Quart MBQJT-SUB-1 box which came preloaded with MB Quart woofers. I was underwhelmed by the sound, but love the fit and stock look of the box under the seat. Easy fix, install new subs. The box has fairly shallow top mount depth, so I came here to try and find new 8" woofers that would fit. After some searching, I settled on the Memphis woofers. All I can say is WOW!!! What a difference! They are loud, clean and have much better low end response than the MB Quart. I have them configured in 2O mode and running them in parallel. They are connected to a Focal FPX 1.1000 bridged mono and the sound is phenomenal! I wish I could go bigger, but these give so much boom for the buck.

2018 Toyota 4Runner
Best sounding 8 inch subwoofer I have heard. Replaced my factory JBL subwoofer in my 4Runner and it packs a punch with full high and low sounds. I definitely recommend for other 4Runner owners who want to replace their factory JBL subwoofer. You will need an amplifier as the factory amp will not push to full potential.
Pros: Full high and low spectrum. High RMS for an 8 inch. No need for a huge box to achieve full sounds.
