Each stand features a stable rectangular base and square top plate made of solid, heavy gauge steel to ensure superior strength and rigidity. The steel support pillars can be filled with shot or sand for added mass. The stands are finished with a resonance-damping paint to further enhance performance. Adjustable steel spikes ensure maximum stability on soft, carpeted surfaces.

Solid Steel Construction: These bookshelf loudspeaker stands (NS-6) feature solid steel construction, from the tubular upright posts to the top-plate and base.
Anti-Resonant Paint: The solid steel tubular upright posts, top-plate, and base are finished with an anti-resonant black, textured paint.
Spike Feet: Spike feet are included that screw into the bookshelf loudspeaker stand's base. Together, the spike feet and heavy steel base provide a solid, secure footprint. All spurious mechanical energies are discharged into the ground through the spike feet at the point where the table legs contact the floor. The spikes are removable to allow the steel tubular uprights to be filled with sand, lead shot, or other similar types of damping materials; which adds to the stand's already solid and secure footprint.
Note: There are no rubber feet or protective discs included with these stands, so be careful not to scratch your hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl floors with the spike feet. We recommend you purchase two sets of Solidsteel's protective discs (961DISCS4, sold separately) to protect your floors from damage.
Putty Pads: The included putty (sticky) pads attach to the stand's top-plate and provide a stable environment to place your bookshelf loudspeakers.
Dimensions: Each stand measures 24.625" in height and are not adjustable. The base measure 9.125" (w) x 11.0625" (d) for a stable footprint. The top-plate measures 6.3125" square to place your bookshelf speakers. The manufacture did not provide a maximum weight capacity for the stand.
Assembly Required: These bookshelf loudspeaker stands (NS-6) come unassembled and will require assembly. The included hex-key and hardware are all you need to assemble the stands. No instructions provided.
