These stands are very well made and they look great! If your listening position is not that low, I really recommend the SS7s for medium to small bookshelf speakers, as they help in filling the room with great sound.

The choices on stands that both fulfill durability and aesthetic are slim. Solid steel first caught my eye, but when they came in I was blown away by the build quality. Definitely a deep expense for speaker stands but I can confidently say I feel they are worth every penny.

As beautiful, solid, and as easy to assemble as I imagined. I'd say the only room for improvement here would be from the poor guy who got stuck with the job of designing the box to ship these in. He should probably retire and move to Greece.
Pros: Gorgeous, solid, intuitive and easy to follow written assembly instructions, spikes and adjustable length "discs" for feet.

Solid Stand with a Uniquely Italian Flair!

The stand is very well made, simple to assemble and holds bookcase speakers in a very stable way such that you don't fear they will topple over. They are easy to level whether using the spiked feet or the rubber feet. I think these are the best looking speaker stands on the market.

Simply the nicest and most well-constructed speaker stand I have ever owned. I chose the raw finish, and I highly recommend it. It looks really stylish with an industrial design focus and you can see the quality of the welds.They come with the metal discs for hardwood floors if you can't use the very sharp spikes. That should be added to the product details because they are listed as a separate accessory which is "no longer available." That almost caused me not to buy them. Buy these. They are worth the money. There is a great instructional assembly video on their youtube channel.

Cons: Not the product, but the Crutchfield info.it should list metal floor discs as included for those placing on hard surface.
