This is a great amplifier. My 1st experience with this type of product. Corey and others at Crutchfield were a huge help getting the amp configured to play my sources and have music on hold. Plenty of power to drive 14 speakers. Sounds great!

Great little amp

We got this amp and a complete system for our rock gym. Really like the system. Sadly, needed a bit help setting up as the amp came with very minimalistic instructions. I call Crutchfield tech support and the person on the other end of the line seemed to have no idea about this product (the first time I got disconnected and had to call back an wait through the entire que again). When I did get through, he needed to look up the instruction manual and kept telling me it made no sense to him. Finally told him I would just figure it out and call back if I had problems. I still have not been able to figure out how to get the paging mic to work, but the sound is amazing and our guest absolutely love it. Update 2.23.2016** I am updating my above review to 5 stars. They took the effort to contact me and advise me that some of their general tech support guys are not versed on the pro audio side. Then Crutchfield got me in contact with Corey, my sales person, and he personally made sure I had the right mic, that it was all connected right, and didn't give up until we had the paging mic functional. The system (together with Atlas speakers and Shure Mic) is perfect. Lot's of sound, super easy to use, and works perfectly. This is NOT your BestBuy home system. It is top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art sound. Our clients are so impressed. I'm certain that it has improved our membership retention. I will def use Crutchfield the next time I need audio. It's so nice to know that a company STILL cares about outstanding customer service!
