Buy them! But read this before you wire them

These went in relatively easily in our 2x2 drop ceiling setup in our classroom at our office building. They sound absolutely awesome and the only reason for 4 stars is the lack of a diagram for the connector. It appears that the center positive and negative are the input and the outer positive and negative are for the next speaker down the line. The pros may know this but I did not. Wish I had called Rob first, had to rewire 10 of them! Rob was terrific and the reason I keep buying from Crutchfield for home and work. Thanks Rob!
Pros: easy install, proper mounting hardware, nice flush fit, sound great, easy plug in connection.
Cons: lack of detailed wiring diagram (at least that I could find), clunky "junction box" not all holes line up all the time (the swing-away door) and the strain relief is not small enough for the size wire used.

Great sound and easy setup. I would have given 5 stars; however, the install in drop ceilings is a little more tricky, and I would not recommend it for a novice.

These speakers are very well designed for all types of installations from drywall to thick plaster to suspended ceiling panels. The support issue is also we thought out and versatile for all types of situations. A Bose speaker would be a close rival to the richness of the music.
