Q
Need a male larger jack that I have which is not wide enough. It appears to be a smaller diameter than then standard. Is there a larger male jack?

A
The male end (commonly referred to as plug) of this product is 3.5 mm diameter. This is a standard size used in consumer audio devices, laptops, notebook computers, etc. for many years. The other standard male plug is 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) diameter which is common in home theater/stereo receivers/integrated amplifiers headphone connections, and is also common in guitars and guitar amps. 99.9% of gear is going to be one or the other.
