I have bought my last couple of stereos from Crutchfield but decided this old car didn't need anything too nice. So I bought an on-line special. Mistake. Ozzy quickly answered my question about my poor radio reception and explained why. He then asked a few questions about what I wanted in a radio and suggested a good one. I bought a slightly different configuration with same tuner. WOW. I wish I had talked to Ozzy first!

Over the hill now, will be 80 in one week. Can't hear the TV so good anymore, especially when characters are talking softly or whispering. Been considering Bluetooth headphones so I called Crutchfield for advice. Ozzy was super. Advised me that the Sennheiser wireless headphones would be a better alternative to Bluetooth. Sure glad I listened because these headphones are awesome. Easy set-up and awesome sound. I've been a Crutchfield customer for almost 20 years and they have never let me down. Representatives such as Ozzy are one of the reasons. I highly recommend contacting him for any audio/video needs.

I called Crutchfield upon the recommendation of my hairdresser. I am 64 and just an elderly rock and roll fan.... Gerry Rafferty fan, if you know what I mean. All of the new technology is great but the small Bluetooth speakers did not give me the music experience that I used to have in the seventies. Ozzy helped me to choose a system. There was a quirk in the receiver and Crutchfield had the opportunity to show me their superior customer service. They immediately sent me a new receiver and gave me several days to return the other at my convenience at no charge. The new receiver had no problem but I did. I was confused about airplay but their excellent customer phone service walked me through my difficulties. Ozzie helped me to adjust the sound to my liking and I am thrilled with my new system. Now I want to shop for a CD player and will get to spend some reward $$ and be confident that any purchase will help me to enjoy the experience of great music again with the convenience of current technologies. I can not say enough good things about Crutchfield. They have formed a team of very knowledgeable personnel with great customer service. That is rare these days and it is great to find a company who puts the customer first with great KNOWLEDGEABLE support both before and after purchase.

Ozzy was great, I had decided to go with a Kenwood head unit and he confirmed that I had made a good choice based on my needs. I wasn't so sure about the speakers and he did a lot of explaining so I could understand all the options available depending on my money situation and whether or not those speakers would require an amp for best sound or whether the head unit could power them efficiently. I would highly recommend him as an advisor for your car stereo needs.
